The person named commenced REPS 4 in October 2009 and received payments for the first five years of their contract. REPS 4 is a measure under the current 2007-13 Rural Development Programme and is subject to EU Regulations which require detailed administrative checks on all applications to be completed before any payments can issue. Following the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) review an area-discrepancy was identified in relation to 3.65 hectares of lands drawn down for payment in the Agri-Environmental Plan commenced in October 2009. This has resulted in the application of a claw-back of monies paid to the 2013 Year 5 payments which issued recently.
