Deputy Sandra McLellan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will clarify the regulations regarding experimental weather modification and chemical spraying in the skies; if he will clarify the person who carries out this practice; the reason for same; the person who authorised it; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department does not regulate for experimental weather modification and chemical spraying in the skies and is not aware of any such practices having been carried out over the territory of the State.
