The Board consists of a Chairperson and 13 Board members. The current Board was appointed in January 2011 for a 4-year term of office. Two Board members resigned and were replaced in 2011 and 2012. There are no current vacancies. An annual allowance of approximately €12,500 is paid to the Chairperson. No stipends or expenses are paid to other members of the Board.
