135. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the position regarding naturalisation in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17183/14]
View answerThere is no record of an application for naturalisation from the person mentioned by the Deputy. The person is the subject of a Deportation Order. However, as there are ongoing legal proceedings in this matter which have yet to be finalised I cannot comment any further.
