View answerThe Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is undertaking a comprehensive review of how ethics legislation should be reformed to provide a single, comprehensive legislative framework grounded on a clear set of principles. In that context, the Minister is examining the appropriate approach to the implementation of relevant recommendations contained in both the Moriarty and Mahon Tribunals.
