198. Deputy Dan Neville asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding a student grant in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19309/14]
View answerOfficials in my Department have confirmed that the student referred to by the Deputy has appealed the decision of the awarding authority to the Independent Student Grants Appeals Board. The appeal will be heard within the timeframe set out in the Student Support Act 2011 and the student will be notified directly of the outcome.
