Donnelly asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if any telephone calls in or out of his Department are being or ever have been recorded; if so, if he will provide details of the systems used to record and store such calls, and the cost to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that my Department does not record and has never recorded phone calls. The Department's telephone system has the capability to record voicemail messages.
