Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a disadvantaged payment area aid 2013 review in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary in view of the new medical evidence as submitted to the Department on 21 May 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
