Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of participants on the local training initiative aged 18 to 25 years who are in receipt of the €160 per week rate introduced from January 2014; the number of participants aged 18 to 25 years on the rate prior to January 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
