515. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a grant and felling licence in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25768/14]

The appeal by the person named is currently with the Reviewing Inspector who will report back to the Appeals Committee. Every effort will be made to complete this examination as soon as possible and to notify the appellants of the decision shortly thereafter.
