748. Deputy Simon Harris asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if an application was received by Fáilte Ireland for a festival (details supplied) in County Wicklow; if it was successful; the application procedure; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25247/14]
View answerI have no direct role in relation to the allocation of tourism funding for festivals as this is a matter for the board and management of Fáilte Ireland. Accordingly, I have referred the question to the agency for direct reply. The Deputy should contact my private office if he does not receive a reply within ten working days.
