488. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the level of consultation taking place between An Garda Síochána and Dublin City Council regarding the enforcement of by-laws on the use of rickshaws in Dublin city; and if agreement has been reached between the two parties regarding the way potential problems with an increased number of rickshaws can be resolved.
