650. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 249 and 250 of 3 April 2014, if the reports from the Health Service Executive regarding the specific detailed operational issues raised in the questions are now to hand. [27286/14]

I understand that there was a delay in forwarding Parliamentary Questions 249 and 250 of 3rd April 2014 to the Health Service Executive for direct reply. I have asked the Executive to provide a reply to the Deputy on the issues raised, as a matter of urgency.
