167. Deputy Arthur Spring asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if she will provide information on a person (details supplied) in County Kerry in the Irish asylum process; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28894/14]

If the person whose details were supplied has made an application for asylum or subsidiary protection, the position is that it is not the practice to comment on such applications for so long as they remain in the protection process.
