399. Deputy Stephen S. Donnelly asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if GoSafe speed detection vans may operate in a location that is not listed as a safety zone; to identify the person who decides whether a vehicle is so situated; if there is a protocol for the person to gain clearance before deployment; if An Garda Síochána may use GoSafe vehicles instead of its own vehicles to carry out speed detection duties; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
