View answerThe Programme for Government is a 5 year plan and sets out a detailed and ambitious work programme for the Government. Good progress is being made on implementing the commitments set out in the Programme which will remain in place for the remainder of the Government's term. Last Friday Government published a new Statement of Priorities 2014 - 2016 setting out key priorities to drive forward the agenda for the economic and social recovery of Ireland. These additional actions build on the commitments in the Programme for Government and the Medium Term Economic Strategy to ensure that recovery impacts on the daily lives of families and communities.
