Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in County Clare is paying over and above the monthly threshold amount under the drug payment scheme for the cost of his prescribed medication and appliances, all of which are supported by the drug payment scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
