357. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the reason persons (details supplied) in Dublin 22 have been asked to provide a range of documents and the relevance these documents have to the persons social welfare claim. [32403/14]
View answerA review has commenced of the jobseekers allowance payment of the person concerned. The documentation has been requested by the Social Welfare Inspector to enable him complete his investigation to establish the continuing entitlement of the persons concerned to the jobseekers payment.
