Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the status of an application to Mayo North East Leader Partnership by a club (details supplied) in County Mayo; the reason for the continuing delay; if it will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the Board of Mayo North East Leader Partnership (MNELP) approved this project and issued a letter of offer to the promoter on 18 June 2014, which was accepted, signed and returned to MNELP on 23 June 2014.
