Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the position regarding an application by a company (details supplied) in County Mayo to Mayo North East Leader Partnership; the reason for the delay; if it will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the Board of Mayo North East Leader Partnership ( MNELP ) approved this project and issued a letter of offer to the promoter on 19 May 2014, which was accepted, signed and returned to MNELP on 26 May 2014.
