644. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Health if persons who were on the long-term illness scheme and transferred to medical cards will be reimbursed from the period of 1 July 2011 to 31 May 2014; and if so, the procedure for applying for the reimbursement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Health Service Executive (HSE) is responsible for the administration of the primary care schemes, therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
