I am aware that there are currently issues concerning the supply of BCG vaccine in Europe. The Health Service Executive has been working to secure supplies of the vaccine as quickly as possible. However, new supplies may not be available until early August. Principal Medical Officers have been advised that any remaining BCG stock should be prioritised for neonatal vaccination.
