1080. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Health his plans to build the new Central Mental Hospital on the grounds of St. Ita's Hospital, Portrane, County Dublin; the reason a decision was made to close some existing facilities at St. Ita’s Hospital and to relocate the Central Mental Hospital to the site; and if he will provide a timeline of when it is expected that the new CMH will be completed.
