Donnelly asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the amount paid by the Private Residential Tenancies Board to the Economic and Social Research Institute per annum for services connected to the production of the quarterly rental indices; and if he is satisfied with the procurement process used by the PRTB to acquire that service.
