Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 238 of 19 February 2014 if he will provide an updated figure on the number of drivers who have obtained the maximum 12 penalty points to date in 2014; the number of drivers who have obtained the maximum number of penalty points to date in 2014 but whose disqualification from driving is pending; and the number of disqualified drivers who received the maximum number of penalty points to date in 2014 who were provisional licence holders or learner drivers.
