View answerI have no direct role in relation to the provision of funding for festivals and events as this is a matter for the board and management of Fáilte Ireland. Details of the annual funding application process are advertised in the national press and online on the Fáilte Ireland website.
Accordingly I have referred the question of the status of the festival to the agency for direct reply. Please contact my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
