494. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the proposed locations, dates and times of the regional meetings being organised by him in relation to commonages; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34533/14]
View answerA number of information meetings are being hosted by the Department at various venues nationwide. These meetings are to help to reassure Commonage farmers and provide the clarity they have been seeking. The purpose of the meetings is to provide information on future requirements under the Basic Payment Scheme under Pillar I and the GLAS scheme and ANC Scheme under Pillar II of the CAP. The dates and venues are as follows:
