The land declared by the person named was subject to the comprehensive review of all land parcel data maintained on my Department’s Land Parcel Identification System. The review, which took place in 2012, revealed that two of the land parcels declared by the person named had been over-claimed, involving an a total over-claim of 1.92 hectares, which represented in excess of 20% of the area declared by the person named in each of the years 2009 to 2012, inclusive. As the person named had reduced the area claimed under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme, no penalty was applicable, the ineligible area for 2013 being found to be within the allowable tolerance. Payment, both advance and balance, issued to the person named under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme, on 16 October 2013 and 2 December 2013, respectively.
