Broughan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if he will provide an update on the number of children availing of the after school child care initiative with a breakdown on a county basis, including the number of children availing of the initiative in Dublin 3, 5, 13 and 17. View answerThe After-School Child Care (ASCC) programme was introduced in October 2013 specifically to provide after-school care for primary school children for certain categories of working parents for a once-off period of 52 weeks.
