725. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 172 of 5 March 2014, if he will report on the current status of adoption files from Holles Street, St. Brigid’s and St. Patrick's Guild; and if all of these files have now been transferred to the Child and Family Agency. Minister for Children and Youth Affairs

The Child and Family Agency advises that it is currently in negotiations with all relevant parties in regard to the transfer of files from Holles Street, St. Brigid's and St. Patrick's Guild. The Agency anticipates that the process will be completed and the files transferred in early 2015.
