Questions (792)

Stephen Donnelly

Question:

792. Deputy Stephen S. Donnelly asked the Minister for Health if he will review the facilities and staffing levels of the diabetes team in Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin, on the back of anecdotal reports of a lack of basic equipment and that the team of four specialist nurses has been reduced to one augmented by a temporary specialist nurse; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the query raised by the Deputy relates to a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to investigate the position and to respond to him directly.
