View answerThe seizure of horses in Ballyguile Hill, Wicklow was carried out by Wicklow County Council acting within its powers under the Control of Horses, Act 1996. Matters relating to the outcome of the seized horses are a matter for Wicklow County Council and should be taken up directly with the Council.
