Broughan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 646 of 1 July 2014, if the joint protocol developed between the Child and Family Agency and the Garda National Immigration Bureau to enhance the capacity of both agencies to locate unaccompanied minors who go missing after presenting at Irish ports or during transfer to their place of care is now in place.
