Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health the assistance his Department or the Health Service Executive will give to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny to travel to regular hospital appointments in Dublin given that they are wheelchair bound, have cancer and their only long-term option is public transport; if he will put in place a permanent travel arrangement for this person [35700/14]
