Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding an application made for a subsidised bus service for approximately 14 children from the Omeath and Carlingford area to attend Dundalk Grammar School; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am pleased to advise the Deputy that a new service to the school in question commenced on 8th September 2014 in accordance with the terms of my Department's Post Primary School Transport Scheme.
