Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy asked the Minister for Health if it is acceptable for the board of the Alzheimer's Society to spend a significant portion of its €11 million Health Service Executive funding and taxpayers' money on legal fees instead of the provision of badly-needed services to dementia patients; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
