258. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if Irish Water is working on developing a means for householders to read their own water meters in order to assist them in monitoring their water usage, such that Irish Water would have a similar system in place to the electricity and gas meters installed in households across the country.
