Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Sligo, will receive their 2013 sheep grassland scheme payment and 2013 disadvantaged areas payment; the reason for the delay in processing of these applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAn application under the 2013 Disadvantaged Areas/Grassland Sheep scheme was received from the legal representatives of the estate of the late Joseph Kenny on 15 May 2013. Payment in respect of both the Disadvantaged Areas and Grassland Sheep Schemes cannot issue to the estate of Mr Kenny until such time as either a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration are submitted to my Department.
