101. Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding the agri-environment options scheme application appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37434/14]

The Agriculture Appeals Office is in receipt of an appeal in respect of the above-named person. As part of the appeal process the person named requested an oral hearing which was held on 17 September 2014. The appellant will be notified, in writing, of the decision in this case in due course.
