The case of the person named in the Deputy’s question has been the subject of considerable engagement over many months between my Department and the employer concerned. The employer has indicated this week that additional information pertaining to the individual concerned will be supplied to my Department, and as soon as we have received it, we will be in a position to decide on the case.
