244. Deputy John O'Mahony asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a decision on their beef data programme payment appeal; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [38058/14]

The person named registered seven animals under the 2013 Beef Data Programme. Payment in respect of five animals issued on 24 June 2014. Payment for the remaining two animals will issue in the coming weeks.
