278. Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if any agricultural payments have ever been made in regards to land with certain folio numbers (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39982/14]

Claims have been made on applications for the Single Payment Scheme and the Disadvantaged Areas Scheme for land contained on folios DL12878, DL43554, DL33697 and DL33693. There are no records of any claim on the land on folios DL13470f and DL71280f under the two schemes mentioned above.
