439. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a REP scheme 4 payment in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry who has not yet received their REP scheme money; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41601/14]

The person named commenced REPS 4 in June 2008 and has received payments for the full six years of their contract. This contract has now expired and no further payments are due.
