Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health when a hospice (details supplied) in Dublin 6W awarded a contract to a company; if the Health Service Executive's tender competition rules were followed with regards to declarations of interest by declaring that the chief executive of the hospice is related to a director in the company.
