Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if she is satisfied that the regulations in operation in An Garda Síochána are adequate in their provisions, operation and supervision to secure that property seized by members of An Garda Síochána in the alleged investigation of a crime is returned to its owner.
