Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to calls from large sections of the Irish people to grant them the opportunity to enshrine in the Constitution public ownership of Irish Water; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
