View answerMy Department is aware of the High Court Order in respect of a HSE Report of an investigation into an incident at Cavan General Hospital in November 2012. I understand that it is the intention of the HSE to undertake a further investigation and I have asked the HSE to write directly to you to provide you with the information you have requested. If you have not received a reply from the HSE within 15 working days please contact my Private Office and my officials will follow up on the matter.
