441. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health the travel arrangements he will put in place in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow to enable them to keep their daily appointments at Soilse, Green Street, Dublin, in view of the fact that they are on limited means and cannot cover the cost.
