560. Deputy Michael P. Kitt asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the funding in place under the smarter travel programme over the past four years for towns in County Galway, where figures are available for the towns involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [42975/14]

Galway Council has received funding under a number of Smarter Travel initiatives over the past four years, details of which are set out in the table under. The Deputy can view full details of these projects on my Department's Smarter Travel website www.smartertravel.ie
