Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the reason there is no ministerial policy to ensure that patients in receipt of home dialysis are to be supported for the extra water costs that will be incurred when water charges are introduced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
